Handmade Knitwear at Fiddle Ridge
How it all started
My name is Annie and I live in northern Wisconsin, where we spend a lot of time in the snow and ice. I know a thing or two about being cold and how to combat it—spoilers, it's with cozy knitwear.
I started knitting several years ago because I wanted some amazing handmade dishcloths, and I had the adventurous idea that I could make them myself! It didn't take long to realize that knitting was going to be one of 'my things.' I quickly progressed from dishcloths to creating scarves, hats, mittens, and the rest is history!
Fast forward to 2015: I launched a couple of social media pages, opened my Etsy shop, and began sharing little moments from my knitting life. This journey evolved into discussions about knitting techniques, favorite yarns, essential notions, pattern reviews, and many fun conversations and opportunities!
